Numbers 26:63-65

⁶³ These are the numbers of Moses and Eleazar the Priest, who numbered the children of Israel in the plain of Moab, near Jordan, toward Jericho.

⁶⁴ And among these there was not a man whom Moses and Aaron the Priest had numbered among the children of Israel in the wilderness of Sinai.

⁶⁵ For the LORD said to them, “They shall die in the wilderness.” So, there was not a man left of them, except Caleb, the son of Jephunneh, and Joshua, the son of Nun.
