Numbers 23:19-21

¹⁹ “God is not as man, that He should lie; nor as the son of man, that He should repent. Has He said, and shall not do it? And has He spoken, and shall not accomplish it?

²⁰ “Behold, I have received Commandment to bless. For He has blessed. And I cannot alter it.

²¹ “He sees no iniquity in Jacob or transgression in Israel. The LORD his God is with him, and the joyful shout of a King is among them.
