⁹ Know therefore that the Lord your God, ^(A)He is God, ^(B)the faithful God, ^(C)who keeps ^[a]His covenant and ^[b]His faithfulness to a thousand generations for those who ^(D)love Him and keep His commandments;

¹⁸ who ^(A)shows mercy to thousands, but ^(B)repays the wrongdoing of fathers into the laps of their children after them, ^(C)great and ^(D)mighty God. The ^(E)Lord of armies is His name;
