²⁶ they proceeded to come to Moses and Aaron and to all the congregation of the sons of Israel ^[a]in the wilderness of Paran, at ^(A)Kadesh; and they brought back word to them and to all the congregation and showed them the fruit of the land.

^8 [a]This is what your fathers did when I sent them from ^(A)Kadesh-barnea to see the land.

²³ When the Lord sent you from ^(A)Kadesh-barnea, saying, ‘^(B)Go up and possess the land which I have given you,’ then you rebelled against the ^[a]command of the Lord your God; ^(C)you neither believed Him nor listened to His voice.
