³³ But the Lord became very angry with the people. They had not even started to eat the meat when the Lord sent a very bad disease among them.

³⁴ They buried there the bodies of people who had wanted better food. So the people called that place Kibroth-Hattaavah.^[a]

³⁵ From Kibroth-Hattaavah the people travelled to Hazeroth, and they stayed at Hazeroth.
