Numbers 1:19-21

¹⁹ As the LORD had commanded Moses, so he numbered them in the wilderness of Sinai.

²⁰ So were the sons of Reuben, Israel’s eldest son, by their generations, by their families, by the Houses of their fathers, according to the number of names, man by man, every male from twenty years old and above, as many as went forth to war.

²¹ The number of those of the tribe of Reuben was forty-six thousand five hundred.
