⁷ “You are, O LORD, the God Who has chosen Abram, and brought him out of Ur in Chaldeans, and made his name Abraham,

⁸ “and found his heart faithful before You, and made a Covenant with him, to give to his seed the land of the Canaanites, Hittites, Amorites, Perizzites, Jebusites and Girgashites, and have performed Your words because You are just!
