At the same day saith the Lord, will I gather her that halteth, and I will gather her that is cast out, and her that I have afflicted.

And I will make her that halteth, [a]a remnant, and her that was cast far off, a mighty nation, and the Lord shall reign over them in Mount Zion, from henceforth even forever.

And thou, O [b]tower of the flock, the stronghold of the daughter Zion, unto thee shall it come, even [c]the first dominion, and kingdom shall come to the daughter Jerusalem.

The Lord’s Plan

    those driven away a strong nation.(E)
The Lord will rule over them in Mount Zion(F)
    from that day and forever.(G)
As for you, watchtower of the flock,
    stronghold[a] of Daughter Zion,
the former dominion will be restored(H) to you;
    kingship will come to Daughter Jerusalem.(I)
