^11 (A)Her heads judge for a bribe,
^(B)Her priests teach for pay,
And her prophets divine for ^[a]money.
^(C)Yet they lean on the Lord, and say,
“Is not the Lord among us?
No harm can come upon us.”

⁴ Her ^(A)prophets are insolent, treacherous people;
Her priests have ^[a]polluted the sanctuary,
They have done ^(B)violence to the law.
