5 Therefore thou shalt have none that shall cast a cord by lot in [a]the congregation of the Lord.
6 [b]They that prophesy, Prophesy ye not. [c]They shall not prophesy to them, neither shall they take shame.
7 O thou that art named of the house of Jacob, is the Spirit of the Lord shortened? [d]are these his works? are not my works good unto him [e]that walketh uprightly?
