²⁶ He said to them, “Why are you afraid, you of little faith?” Then he got up and rebuked the winds and the sea,^(A) and there was a great calm.

³⁹ He got up, rebuked^(A) the wind, and said to the sea, “Silence!^(B) Be still!” The wind ceased, and there was a great calm.

³⁹ So he stood over her and rebuked the fever, and it left her. She got up immediately^(A) and began to serve them.

⁴¹ Also, demons were coming out of many, shouting and saying, “You are the Son of God!” ^(A) But he rebuked them and would not allow them to speak, because they knew he was the Messiah.^(B)

²⁴ They came and woke him up, saying, “Master, Master, we’re going to die!”

Then he got up and rebuked the wind and the raging waves. So they ceased, and there was a calm.^(A)
