¹¹ I tell you that many will come from east and west, and recline at the table with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob in the kingdom of heaven.^(A)

⁴⁶ Then Paul and Barnabas boldly said: “It was necessary that God’s message be spoken to you first. But since you reject it and consider yourselves unworthy of eternal life, we now turn to the Gentiles!^(A)

⁶ But when they resisted and blasphemed,^(A) he shook his robe^[a](B) and told them, “Your blood is on your own heads!^(C) I am innocent.^[b] From now on I will go to the Gentiles.”^(D)

²⁸ Therefore, let it be known to you that this saving work of God has been sent to the Gentiles; they will listen!”^(A)
