³² But I tell you, everyone who divorces his wife, except in a case of sexual immorality,^[a] causes her to commit adultery. And whoever marries a divorced woman commits adultery.^(A)

⁹ And I tell you, whoever divorces his wife, except for sexual immorality, and marries another, commits adultery.”^[a](A)

¹¹ And He said to them, “Whoever divorces his wife^(A) and marries^(B) another commits adultery^(C) against her. ¹² Also, if she divorces her husband^(D) and marries another, she commits adultery.”
