¹² Rejoice and be glad, for your reward in heaven is great; for ^(A)in this same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you.

²³ Rejoice on that day and ^(A)jump for joy, for behold, your reward is great in heaven. For their fathers used to ^[a]treat the prophets ^(B)the same way.

³⁵ But ^(A)love your enemies and do good, and lend, expecting nothing in return; and your reward will be great, and you will be ^(B)sons of ^(C)the Most High; for He Himself is kind to ungrateful and evil people.

¹⁴ If anyone’s work which he has built on it remains, he will ^(A)receive a reward.

¹⁸ What, then, is my ^(A)reward? That, when I preach the gospel, I may offer the gospel ^(B)without charge, so as ^(C)not to make full use of my right in the gospel.
