⁴² He went away again a second time and prayed, saying, “My Father, if this cup ^(A)cannot pass away unless I drink from it, ^(B)Your will be done.”

⁴² saying, “Father, if You are willing, remove this ^(A)cup from Me; ^(B)yet not My will, but Yours be done.”

¹⁴ And since he would not be persuaded, we became quiet, remarking, “^(A)The will of the Lord be done!”
