³⁰ Just then two blind men were sitting by the wayside, and heard that Jesus was going by. “Have pity on us, Master, son of David!” they shouted.

³¹ The crowd scolded them and told them to be silent. But they shouted out all the more, “Have pity on us, Master, son of David!”

³² Jesus came to a stop. He called them. “What d’you want me to do for you?” he asked.
