⁷¹ He was referring to Judas,^(A) Simon Iscariot’s son,^[a][b] one of the Twelve, because he was going to betray^(B) Him.

⁴ Then one of His disciples, Judas Iscariot^(A) (who was about to betray Him), said,

³⁰ After receiving the piece of bread, he went out immediately. And it was night.^(A)

¹⁶ “Brothers, the Scripture had to be fulfilled that the Holy Spirit through the mouth of David spoke in advance about Judas, who became a guide to those who arrested Jesus.^(A)
