Matthew 1:21-25

²¹ She will bear a Son; and ^(A)you shall call His name Jesus, for ^[a]He ^(B)will save His people from their sins.” ²² Now all this ^[b]took place to fulfill what was ^(C)spoken by the Lord through the prophet: ²³ “^(D)Behold, the virgin shall be with ^(E)child and shall bear a Son, and they shall call His name ^[c]Immanuel,” which translated means, “^(F)God with us.” ²⁴ And Joseph ^[d]awoke from his sleep and did as the angel of the Lord commanded him, and took Mary as his wife, ^25 [e]but kept her a virgin until she ^(G)gave birth to a Son; and ^(H)he called His name Jesus.
