34 Jezi sèvi avèk parabòl pou l di foul la tout bagay sa yo. Alaverite, li toujou sèvi ak istwa ki fè moun reflechi pou l anseye yo. 35 Sa te rive kon sa pou pwofesi sa a te ka akonpli:

“M pral pale an parabòl.
    M pral mete deyò sekrè ki kache depi fondasyon lemonn.”(A)

New International Version

34 Jesus spoke all these things to the crowd in parables; he did not say anything to them without using a parable.(A) 35 So was fulfilled(B) what was spoken through the prophet:

“I will open my mouth in parables,
    I will utter things hidden since the creation of the world.”[a](C)
