^41 (A)Now while the Pharisees ^(B)were gathered together, Jesus asked them a question,

Whose Son Is the Christ?

^41 (A)But he said to them, “How can they say that ^(B)the Christ is ^(C)David's son? ⁴² For David himself says in the Book of Psalms,

⁴⁴ David thus calls him Lord, so ^(F)how is he his son?”
