22 Samtang nangaon sila, mikuha si Jesus ug pan. Gipasalamatan niya kini sa Dios ug unya gipikas-pikas. Pagkahuman gihatag niya sa iyang mga tinun-an ug miingon, “Pagkuha kamo ug kan-a, mao kini ang akong lawas.” 23 Unya mikuha siya ug ilimnon, nagpasalamat sa Dios, ug gihatag kanila. Ug silang tanan miinom. 24 Miingon si Jesus, “Mao kini ang akong dugo nga iula alang sa daghang mga tawo. Kini nagapamatuod nga may bag-o na nga kasabotan ang Dios ngadto sa mga tawo. 25 Sa pagkatinuod, dili na ako moinom pag-usab niining ilimnon nga gikan sa ubas hangtod sa adlaw nga moinom ako sa bag-o nga matang sa ilimnon didto sa gingharian sa Dios.”

22 While they were eating, Jesus took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it(A) and gave it to his disciples, saying, “Take it; this is my body.”
23 Then he took a cup, and when he had given thanks, he gave it to them, and they all drank from it.(B)
24 “This is my blood of the[a] covenant,(C) which is poured out for many,” he said to them. 25 “Truly I tell you, I will not drink again from the fruit of the vine until that day when I drink it new in the kingdom of God.”(D)
