⁵ Then Peter told Jesus, “Rabbi,^[a] it’s good that we’re here! Let’s set up three shelters^[b]—one for you, one for Moses, and one for Elijah.” ⁶ (Peter^[c] didn’t know how to respond, because they were terrified.)

⁷ Then a cloud appeared and overshadowed them. A voice came out of the cloud and said,^[d] “This is my Son, whom I love. Keep on listening to him!”
