Mark 10:34-36

³⁴ They will mock and ridicule Him and spit on Him, and whip (scourge) Him and kill Him, and three days later He will rise [from the dead].”

³⁵ James and John, the two sons of Zebedee, came to Him, saying, “Teacher, we want You to do for us whatever we ask of You.”^{(A) 36} And He replied to them, “What do you want Me to do for you?”
