Blessing the Children
13 People(A) were bringing little children(B) to him in order that he might touch them, but the disciples rebuked(C) them. 14 When Jesus saw it, he was indignant(D) and said to them, “Let the little children come to me.(E) Don’t stop(F) them, because the kingdom of God(G) belongs to such as these. 15 Truly I tell you,(H) whoever does not receive[a](I) the kingdom of God like a little child(J) will never enter it.”

The Little Children and Jesus(A)
13 People were bringing little children to Jesus for him to place his hands on them, but the disciples rebuked them. 14 When Jesus saw this, he was indignant. He said to them, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.(B) 15 Truly I tell you, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it.”(C)

13 And they brought young children to him, that he should touch them: and his disciples rebuked those that brought them.
14 But when Jesus saw it, he was much displeased, and said unto them, Suffer the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God.
15 Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child, he shall not enter therein.
