⁴⁹ And look, I am sending you^[a] what my Father promised.^(A) As for you, stay in the city^[b] until you are empowered^[c](B) from on high.”

14 “Don’t let your heart be troubled.^(A) Believe^[a] in God; ^(B) believe also in me.

³³ Therefore, since he has been exalted to the right hand of God^(A) and has received from the Father the promised Holy Spirit,^(B) he has poured out^(C) what you both see and hear.
