Jesus Appears to His Disciples

³⁶ Now while they were telling these things, ^(A)He Himself stood in their midst and *said to them, “Peace to you.”

^27 (A)Peace I leave with you; My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. ^(B)Do not let your heart be troubled, nor let it be fearful.

Jesus Appears to His Disciples

¹⁹ So while it was evening on that day, the first day of the week, and while the doors were shut where the disciples were, for ^(A)fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood in their midst and *said to them, “^[a](B)Peace be with you.”

²⁶ And ^[a]after eight days His disciples were again inside, and Thomas with them. Jesus *came, the doors having been ^[b]shut, and stood in their midst and said, “^(A)Peace be with you.”
