²⁷ Then beginning with Moses^(A) and all the Prophets,^(B) He interpreted for them the things concerning Himself in all the Scriptures.^(C)

⁴⁴ Then He told them, “These are My words^(A) that I spoke to you while I was still with you—that everything written about Me in the Law of Moses, the Prophets,^(B) and the Psalms^(C) must be fulfilled.”

²⁷ For the residents of Jerusalem and their rulers, since they did not recognize Him or the voices of the prophets that are read every Sabbath, have fulfilled their words^[a] by condemning Him.^(A)
