¹⁰ At the hour of incense the whole assembly of the people was praying outside.

The Lamb Is Worthy

⁸ When he took the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb. Each one had a harp^(A) and golden bowls^(B) filled with incense,^(C) which are the prayers of the saints.

³ Another angel, with a golden incense burner, came and stood at the altar. He was given a large amount of incense to offer with the prayers of all the saints on the golden altar in front of the throne.^{(A) 4} The smoke of the incense, with the prayers of the saints, went up in the presence of God from the angel’s hand.
