⁵ So you shall keep My statutes and My judgments, ^(A)which if a man does them, he shall live by them; I am Yahweh.

²⁸ And He said to him, “You have answered correctly; ^(A)do this and you will live.”

Faith Comes by Hearing

⁵ For Moses writes about the righteousness which is of law: “^(A)The man who does these things shall live by them.”

^12 [a]However, the Law is not ^[b]of faith; rather, “^(A)He who does them shall live ^[c]by them.”
