Aaron's son might touch an animal that moves on its stomach. Or he might touch a person who is not clean. If he does, Aaron's son will be unclean. The son of Aaron who touches any of these things will be unclean until evening. He must not eat any of the holy gifts until he washes his body. When the sun goes down, he will be clean. He can eat the holy gifts. They are his food.

or if he touches any crawling thing(A) that makes him unclean, or any person(B) who makes him unclean, whatever the uncleanness may be. The one who touches any such thing will be unclean(C) till evening.(D) He must not eat any of the sacred offerings unless he has bathed himself with water.(E) When the sun goes down, he will be clean, and after that he may eat the sacred offerings, for they are his food.(F)
