⁵ For ^(A)Moses writes about the righteousness that is based on the law, that ^(B)the person who does the commandments shall live by them.

¹² But the law is not of faith, rather ^(A)“The one who does them shall live by them.”

^9 (A)walks in my statutes, and keeps my rules by acting faithfully—he is righteous; ^(B)he shall surely live, declares the Lord God.
