The Lord Accepts Aaron's Offering

9 ^(A)On the eighth day Moses called Aaron and his sons and the elders of Israel,

The Resurrection

28 ^(A)Now after the Sabbath, toward the dawn of the first day of the week, Mary Magdalene and ^(B)the other Mary went to see the tomb.

²⁶ Seven days shall they make atonement for the altar and cleanse it, and so consecrate it.^{[a] 27} And when they have completed these days, then ^(A)from the eighth day onward the priests shall offer on the altar your burnt offerings and your ^(B)peace offerings, and ^(C)I will accept you, declares the Lord God.”

^10 (A)On the eighth day he shall bring two turtledoves or two pigeons to the priest to the entrance of the tent of meeting,

²⁹ And on the eighth day she shall take two ^(A)turtledoves or two pigeons and bring them to the priest, to the entrance of the tent of meeting.

¹⁴ And on the eighth day he shall take two ^(A)turtledoves or two pigeons and come before the Lord to the entrance of the tent of meeting and give them to the priest.

^23 (A)And on the eighth day he shall bring them for his cleansing to the priest, to the entrance of the tent of meeting, before the Lord.

¹⁰ “And on the eighth day he ^(A)shall take two male lambs without blemish, and one ewe lamb a year old without blemish, and a ^(B)grain offering of three tenths of an ephah^[a] of fine flour mixed with oil, and one log^[b] of oil.

³³ And you shall not go outside the entrance of the tent of meeting for seven days, until the days of your ordination are completed, for it ^(A)will take seven days to ordain you.
