⁹ Aaron shall present the goat on which the lot fell for the Lord and offer it as a purification offering,

²⁷ “For in this city, in fact, both Herod and Pontius Pilate, with the gentiles and the peoples of Israel, gathered together against your holy servant^[a] Jesus, whom you anointed,^{(A) 28} to do whatever your hand and your plan had predestined to take place.

²³ this man, handed over to you according to the definite plan and foreknowledge of God, you crucified and killed by the hands of those outside the law.^(A)
