30 Dapat siyang maitaas at ako nama'y maibaba.”

31 Siya na nanggaling sa itaas ang pinakamataas; siya na mula sa lupa ay kabilang sa lupa, at nagsasalita nang ayon sa lupa; siya na mula sa langit ang pinakamataas. 32 Nagpapatotoo siya sa kanyang nakita at narinig, ngunit walang tumatanggap ng kanyang patotoo.

30 He must become greater; I must become less.”[a]
31 The one who comes from above(A) is above all; the one who is from the earth belongs to the earth, and speaks as one from the earth.(B) The one who comes from heaven is above all. 32 He testifies to what he has seen and heard,(C) but no one accepts his testimony.(D)
