Josue 8:28-30
Ang Salita ng Dios (Tagalog Contemporary Bible)
28 Pagkatapos, ipinasunog ni Josue ang buong Ai, at hindi na ito muling maitatayo; hanggang ngayon wala nang nakatira rito. 29 Pinabitin ni Josue sa isang puno ang hari at pinabayaan doon maghapon. Paglubog ng araw, ipinakuha niya ang bangkay at ipinatapon sa labas ng pintuan ng lungsod. Pinatambakan nila ito ng malaking bunton ng mga bato, at hanggang ngayon ay makikita pa roon ang mga batong ito.

30 Pagkatapos, nagpagawa si Josue ng altar sa Bundok ng Ebal para sa Panginoon, ang Dios ng Israel.

Joshua 8:28-30
New International Version
28 So Joshua burned(A) Ai[a](B) and made it a permanent heap of ruins,(C) a desolate place to this day.(D) 29 He impaled the body of the king of Ai on a pole and left it there until evening. At sunset,(E) Joshua ordered them to take the body from the pole and throw it down at the entrance of the city gate. And they raised a large pile of rocks(F) over it, which remains to this day.
The Covenant Renewed at Mount Ebal
30 Then Joshua built on Mount Ebal(G) an altar(H) to the Lord, the God of Israel,
