¹⁷ Then the sons of Israel set out and came to their cities on the third day. Now their cities were ^(A)Gibeon, Chephirah, Beeroth, and Kiriath-jearim.

⁹ And from the top of the mountain the border turned to the spring of the waters of Nephtoah and proceeded to the cities of Mount Ephron, then the border turned to ^(A)Baalah (that is, ^(B)Kiriath-jearim).

^5 (A)So David assembled all Israel together, from the Shihor of Egypt to the entrance of Hamath, ^(B)to bring the ark of God from Kiriath-jearim.

^6 (A)David and all Israel went up to ^(B)Baalah, that is, to Kiriath-jearim, which belongs to Judah, to bring up from there the ark of God, the Lord ^(C)who is enthroned above the cherubim, where His name is called.
