¹⁹ So Joshua said to Achan, “My son, give glory to the Lord, the God of Israel,^(A) and make a confession to him.^[a] I urge you, tell me what you have done. Don’t hide anything from me.”

⁵ Make images of your tumors and of your mice that are destroying the land. Give glory to Israel’s God,^(A) and perhaps he will stop oppressing you,^[a](B) your gods, and your land.^(C)
