Territory of Judah

15 Now ^(A)the lot for the tribe of the sons of Judah according to their families ^[a]reached the ^(B)border of Edom, southward to the ^(C)wilderness of Zin at the extreme south.

²¹ Now the cities at the extremity of the tribe of the sons of Judah toward the border of Edom in the south were Kabzeel, ^(A)Eder, and Jagur,

¹⁵ As you ^(A)rejoiced over the inheritance of the house of Israel because it was desolate, ^(B)so I will do to you. You will be a ^(C)desolation, Mount Seir, and all Edom, all of it. Then they will know that I am the Lord.”’

⁵ therefore the Lord God says this: “Certainly in the fire of My ^(A)jealousy I have spoken against the ^(B)rest of the nations, and against all Edom, who ^[a]appropriated My land for themselves as a possession with wholehearted ^(C)joy and with contempt of soul, in order to make its pastureland plunder.”
