²² The Father,^(A) in fact, judges no one but has given all judgement to the Son,

³¹ because he has set a day when he is going to judge the world in righteousness by the man he has appointed. He has provided proof of this to everyone by raising him from the dead.’^(A)

⁹ Christ died and returned to life^(A) for this: that he might be Lord over both the dead and the living.^(B)

¹⁰ For we must all appear before the judgement seat^(A) of Christ,^(B) so that each may be repaid^(C) for what he has done in the body, whether good or evil.

4 I solemnly charge you before God and Christ Jesus, who is going to judge^(A) the living and the dead,^(B) and because of his appearing and his kingdom:^(C)

⁵ They will give an account to the one who stands ready to judge the living and the dead.^(A)
