Jesus the Good Shepherd

⁷ Then Jesus said to them again, “Most assuredly, I say to you, I am the door of the sheep. ⁸ All who ever came ^[a]before Me are thieves and robbers, but the sheep did not hear them. ^9 (A)I am the door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture. ¹⁰ The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.

²⁰ But ^(A)you have an anointing ^(B)from the Holy One, and ^(C)you^[a] know all things. ²¹ I have not written to you because you do not know the truth, but because you know it, and that no lie is of the truth.

^22 (D)Who is a liar but he who denies that ^(E)Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist who denies the Father and the Son. ^23 (F)Whoever denies the Son does not have the ^(G)Father either; ^(H)he who acknowledges the Son has the Father also.

Let Truth Abide in You

²⁴ Therefore let that abide in you ^(I)which you heard from the beginning. If what you heard from the beginning abides in you, ^(J)you also will abide in the Son and in the Father. ^25 (K)And this is the promise that He has promised us—eternal life.
