⁴⁸ Nathanael said to Jesus, “How do You know me?” Jesus answered him, “Before Philip talked to you, I saw you under the fig tree.” ⁴⁹ Nathanael said to Him, “Teacher, You are the Son of God. You are the King of the Jews.” ⁵⁰ Jesus said to him, “Do you believe because I said I saw you under the fig tree? You will see greater things than that.
