16 The Lord will roar(A) from Zion
and thunder from Jerusalem;(B)
the earth and the heavens will tremble.(C)
But the Lord will be a refuge(D) for his people,
a stronghold(E) for the people of Israel.

And Jerusalem shall be holy,
and (H)strangers shall never again pass through it.

(I)the mountains shall drip sweet wine,
and the hills shall flow with milk,
and (J)all the streambeds of Judah
shall flow with water;
(K)and a fountain shall come forth from the house of the Lord
and water the Valley of (L)Shittim.
