Job 27:17-23

New International Version

¹⁷ what he lays up^(A) the righteous will wear,^(B)
    and the innocent will divide his silver.^(C)
18 The house^(D) he builds is like a moth’s cocoon,^(E)
    like a hut^(F) made by a watchman.
¹⁹ He lies down wealthy, but will do so no more;^(G)
    when he opens his eyes, all is gone.^(H)
20 Terrors^(I) overtake him like a flood;^(J)
    a tempest snatches him away in the night.^(K)
21 The east wind^(L) carries him off, and he is gone;^(M)
    it sweeps him out of his place.^(N)
22 It hurls itself against him without mercy^(O)
    as he flees headlong^(P) from its power.^(Q)
23 It claps its hands^(R) in derision
    and hisses him out of his place.”^(S)
