    he scatters his lightning(B) through them.(C)
12 At his direction they swirl around
    over the face of the whole earth
    to do whatever he commands them.(D)
13 He brings the clouds to punish people,(E)
    or to water his earth and show his love.(F)

11 Also with moisture He saturates the thick clouds;
He scatters His [a]bright clouds.
12 And they swirl about, being turned by His guidance,
That they may (A)do whatever He commands them
On the face of [b]the whole earth.
13 (B)He causes it to come,
Whether for [c]correction,
Or (C)for His land,
Or (D)for mercy.
