11 He loads the thick cloud with moisture;
    the clouds scatter his lightning.

    (C)to accomplish all that he commands them
    on the face of (D)the habitable world.
13 Whether for (E)correction or for his (F)land
    or for (G)love, he causes it to happen.

12 And they swirl about, being turned by His guidance,
That they may (A)do whatever He commands them

Or (D)for mercy.
