25 Have I not (A)wept for the [a]one whose life is hard?
Was not my soul grieved for (B)the needy?
26 When I (C)hoped for good, then evil came;
When I waited for light, (D)then thick darkness came.
27 [b]I am boiling (E)within and cannot be silent;
Days of affliction confront me.
