¹¹ He also ^(A)loads the clouds with moisture;
He ^(B)disperses ^(C)the cloud of His ^[a]lightning.

¹² It changes direction, turning around by His guidance,
That ^[a]it may do whatever He ^(A)commands ^[b]it
On the ^(B)face of the inhabited earth.

¹³ So that it would take hold of ^(A)the ends of the earth,
And ^(B)the wicked would be shaken off from it?
