^(B)I will pay My vows before those who fear Him.

^13 (A)I will go into Your house with burnt offerings;
^(B)I will pay You my ^[a]vows,

¹⁵ Behold, on the mountains
The ^(A)feet of him who brings good tidings,
Who proclaims peace!
O Judah, keep your appointed feasts,
Perform your vows.
For the ^[a]wicked one shall no more pass through you;
He is ^(B)utterly cut off.
