^(B)While he is at peace the destroyer comes upon him.

²⁷ When your dread comes like a storm
And your disaster comes like a ^(A)whirlwind,
When distress and anguish come upon you.

And ^(B)bring on them what they dread.
Because I called, but ^(C)no one answered;
I spoke, but they did not listen.

And chose that in which I did not delight.”
