Isaiah 51:8-10
New International Version
8 For the moth will eat them up like a garment;(A)
the worm(B) will devour them like wool.
But my righteousness will last forever,(C)
my salvation through all generations.”
9 Awake, awake,(D) arm(E) of the Lord,
clothe yourself with strength!(F)
Awake, as in days gone by,
as in generations of old.(G)
Was it not you who cut Rahab(H) to pieces,
who pierced that monster(I) through?
10 Was it not you who dried up the sea,(J)
the waters of the great deep,(K)
who made a road in the depths of the sea(L)
so that the redeemed(M) might cross over?
Isaiah 51:8-10
New King James Version
8 For (A)the moth will eat them up like a garment,
And the worm will eat them like wool;
But My righteousness will be forever,
And My salvation from generation to generation.”
9 (B)Awake, awake, (C)put on strength,
O arm of the Lord!
Awake (D)as in the ancient days,
In the generations of old.
(E)Are You not the arm that cut (F)Rahab apart,
And wounded the (G)serpent?
10 Are You not the One who (H)dried up the sea,
The waters of the great deep;
That made the depths of the sea a road
For the redeemed to cross over?
Jesaja 51:8-10
Svenska Folkbibeln
8 Ty mal skall förtära dem som en klädnad,
mott skall äta dem som ylle.
Men min rättfärdighet skall förbli för evigt,
min frälsning från släkte till släkte.
9 Vakna upp, vakna upp, kläd dig i styrka,
